Coffee is not only espresso.
Although we have arisen out of Italian coffee culture, time and new opportunities have moved us into new realms. We now also appreciate excellent and aromatic black coffee with a greater quantity of water added. Using carefully selected, single-source beans, as well as various, alternative means of brewing (e.g., dripper, siphon, French-press, aeropress, or cold brew), our coffees approach a quality more comparable to wine than some other beverage. In attention-grabbing fashion we will explain as well as present the differences between coffees, demonstrating this in our coffee lab.
